AutoShip
For those who like to save money and don't like to miss orders, Ultralife have ‘AutoShip’.
AutoShip is a flexible standing order that ensures your selected products
are automatically paid for and delivered to your door every month.
A 5% blanket discount is applied to all products within your AutoShip
order. Postage and
packing is FREE if your total discounted AutoShip order is at least £60,
or if your order contains TWO Ultralife Max products.
You may add to, alter, or even cancel your monthly order at any time up
to 2 days before the despatch date, either online or via the Customer
Service line (0845 226 1822), or by simply giving 5 days written notice
to the company.
Our registered customers set up AutoShip by following these simple steps:
- If not done so already, Complete and return an Ultra-Safe Payment Account set up form – sent out with all first orders, and downloadable for registered members on this page. This puts in place the necessary secure method used to pay for your AutoShip orders.
- Once this has been processed and logged by the Company, set up AutoShip by simply adding items to your AutoShip order, and choosing the date you want your order first shipped. You do this either on this page, or by calling Customer Service (0845 226 1822)
- We will despatch your order on the selected date, provided we can clear
payment on your Ultra-Safe Payment account. We will continue to despatch
your order on each monthly anniversary of that date until you change or
cancel your AutoShip order. We will email you despatch confirmations for
every order, provided we have a valid email address for you.
Please note that if we cannot clear payment from your Ultra-Safe Payment Account once your AutoShip order becomes due, we will try to replace the order for 14 days before automatically cancelling it. The date your order is placed and invoiced as is the date that we can clear this payment.
