This is the best tasting shake i
have ever had and i have
been through a few. I have it
before running in the morning
and after Heavy training in the
evening, it works as a great
meal replacement as well. It
mixes well and the taste is
phenomenal like ALL the
protein products from
ULTRALIFE, i have
recommended it to all my
friends and have got them on
it as well. If you are bulking
do the whole 3 scoops and if
you are leaning up have 1 and
a half.. It wins in ever
