Add 400ml chilled water to an Ultralife mixer cup, add 2 scoops of the powder (to the water in the mixer cup) cover and shake vigourously for 5-10 seconds or until smooth.

and mind are all feeling
stronger,we
all know that in bodybuilding or
general fitness we all need a
push,well
10 out of 10 to ultra life,i
purcest
mine from my local supliment
shop for
19,95 i have already my
secound
tub...the taste is ok im not
keen on
bannanna i have orderd
strawberry but
to hell with the taste its results

great, mixes
great and obviously the
protein content
per serving is great, shame
about the
steep price though but what do
you
expect for something that
tastes great
