drink it during football and

games, very refreshing and i
know every
sip is doing me some good, i
usually get
a cold easier than MUFC get a
penalty at
old trafford (well almost) but
with the
glutamine i am yet to take a
single day

Glutamine is the single most abundant free amino acid in the body and the greatest pool of it tends to be found in muscle. As one of the most important amino acids in the body, it plays a direct role in building lean muscle tissue (Kreider, 1999).
By making sure your body has sufficient pools of glutamine available, particularly after exercise and before sleep, you are helping your body to build skeletal muscle.
