Standard Delivery Is FREE to mainland UK and will be delivered in 2-4 working days

Ultralife Healthcare Ltd uses GFS and Royal Mail as our main carriers. Any items which are purchased and weigh up to 1kg including packaging will be sent via Royal Mail. Any items which weigh over 1kg inclusive of all packaging will be sent via our courier service GFS. GFS offer great new technology which allows us to track and trace your parcel every step along the way right from when the parcel is picked up here until it is signed for at your door. It is of the up most importance that we try to get your parcel delivered on the first attempt. This way everyone is happy. Here are some suggestions on how we can make this happen: Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel (this can be you, a friend or family member) If that’s not possible…… Arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work; or another alternative address If that’s no good…… Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed. Or better still you may know of a neighbour who would be able to sign for the package. (REMEMBER TO PUT ANY NOTES LIKE THIS ON YOUR ORDER) Hopefully one of these options will apply to you and we will be able to get your package delivered on the 1st attempt. Should it occur that a failed 1st attempt is made the courier shall place a card through your door and automatically re-attempt one more time, the next working day. To ensure a successful 2nd attempt, please contact Ultralife customer service as soon as you can on 0800 6123498 and inform us of any further instruction/guidance you may have.

Shipping Costs

All orders within the UK are FREE shipping. For all customers wishing to place an order outside of the UK, please contact customer services on +44 0800 6123498. Shipment costs outside of the UK are calculated according to weight, size and location. If you require any special method of transport, i.e. Royal mail tracked/ signed for, please be sure to notify customer services of this when you first make contact.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, any further shipping fees incurred whilst correcting this situation shall be charged to the customer.

Whilst we do try to keep all our information pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Ultralife Healthcare Ltd or GFS/Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.
